Booking

Booking is via email. Write an email to info@maltabookers.com telling us:

1. How many electric bikes you need
2. Dates (Period) when bikes are required
3. Delivery address if applicable
3. Time of pickup or delivery
4. Special Requests such as Tour Guide
5. Your Name and Surname.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery & Collection service is available at a fee of €10.00 (including tax) each way.

Terms & Conditions

1. Fast4ward edge electric bikes can be rented from Sliema / Gozo / Gzira Office for an hourly fee or for full days at the rates provided.
2. The minimum age required is 16 years old. Under age drivers must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Additional drivers are not possible.
4. One way rentals are not allowed – electric bike cannot be driven outside Malta & Gozo.
5. Collision Damage waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP) limit your liability in case of damage or theft of the vehicle to an amount of €1,500.00 (including tax)
6. A pre-authorization of €100.00 will be processed upon rental

Liabilities

You will be charged for the replacement of damaged or lost equipment as follows:
Fast4ward Edge Bike €1,500 (including tax)
Battery €450 (including tax)
Helmet €25 (including tax)
Lock €10 (including tax)
Speedometer €50 (including tax)

Tour Guides

If you need a tour guide to cycle you around, let us know.

Cancellations

Contact us via email to cancel your booking. Charges may apply on cancellations.
